About these terms

These terms cover your use of the website of Briggs Chiropractic & Physical Therapy. Paid services are covered by separate agreements.

Website chat assistant

The website chat assistant answers your questions using replies generated by Anthropic's AI service. You can choose to share contact details and information about the work you need. The assistant cannot book a call.

Your chat messages and any details you provide are kept by us and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing. They are also sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector (HighLevel), so we can respond.

Content from other services

Some pages include content embedded from other services, such as videos, maps, social media posts or reviews. When that content loads, your browser sends request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to its provider. The provider may use cookies or browser storage. Embedded content operates separately from the optional analytics and advertising controls.

Reviews and testimonials

The website includes reviews and testimonials. Results are not guaranteed. We do not pay for reviews or endorsements or offer incentives for reviews on this website.
